The Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) requires listed companies on the Qatar Stock Exchange to adopt governance standards and make ESG disclosures. The latest circular mandates enhanced sustainability reporting aligned with international frameworks including ISSB/IFRS S1-S2 and TCFD, with compliance expected by August 2026.
This tool is designed for board members, company secretaries, sustainability officers, compliance teams, and investor relations professionals at QSE-listed companies. It is also valuable for private companies preparing for an IPO or seeking to benchmark their governance maturity against QFMA standards.
Each of the 30 questions is scored on a 3-point scale: fully implemented (10 points), partially implemented (5 points), or not implemented (0 points). The maximum possible score is 290 points across 5 domains. Your percentage score and domain-level breakdown identify specific areas requiring attention before the compliance deadline.
