3. Carbon Diagnostic Tool Disclaimer

The Carbon Diagnostic tool available on this Website provides indicative emissions estimates only. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are based on standard emission factors and the activity data you input, and are intended as directional estimates only
• Results do not constitute a formal GHG inventory, verification opinion, or auditable emissions statement
• Results should not be relied upon for regulatory compliance, investor reporting, carbon credit applications, or any legal or contractual purpose
• GSustain accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of Carbon Diagnostic tool outputs
• For a comprehensive, verification-ready GHG inventory, you should engage GSustain's advisory team or another qualified consultancy

The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for GSustain consulting, verification, assessment, and training services are governed by the specific engagement agreement, proposal, or contract entered into between GSustain and the client. These Terms of Use do not govern payment for professional services.

Where applicable, any online payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. GSustain does not store your payment card details on our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website -- including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, design elements, software, tools, and other materials -- is the property of Global Sustainability Solutions and Services QFZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
